Carolina Pediatric Associates was started by Dr. Daren Carling in Blacksburg, SC in 2003. After only a year of seeing patients, Carolina Pediatric Associates reached a level of productivity that prompted Dr. Carling to open a second office in Gaffney, SC.

We try our best to meet the needs of all of our patients by offering evening and weekend hours, as well as easy access to our providers. Most visits can be seen the same day as you call. We accept all forms of insurance and Medicaid. If you have a financial hardship we offer a Sliding Fee Scale.
